How do I submit a product for a retrofit?

Registration

Please contact our customer service department to check the possibilities of a product modification. Let us know your retrofitting request and which product you would like to retrofit.

Shipping

If we can modify your product to suit your requirements, please send your shipment to our address:

We recommend that you use an insured service when purchasing postage to obtain proof of delivery. This will protect you against loss or damage during transit.

We process your shipment

Once we have received your shipment, we will process your product modification as quickly as possible.

Your delivery

We will send your modified product back to you.

Conditions

  • If your product should be damaged during repair, we will of course exchange it for a product in stock.
  • All products sent in for retrofitting must be sent in a clean condition as optimum modifications can only be carried out on clean products. We have to charge a cleaning fee of €5.00 if the product needs cleaning.
  • Retrofitting older products will only be accepted under reserve.
