How does it work?
In order to provide you with the best possible service, your request will be handled directly by our distribution partner for Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Further down this page, you will find details of how this works.
Did you not purchase your product from the BeNeLux ORTLIEB shop?
- Please select the country where you made your purchase in the ORTLIEB shop by clicking the globe symbol in the menu bar.
- If you purchased your product from one of our dealers, please contact the respective retailer directly.
Conditions
- Returned goods must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. For an exchange clearly indicate what you would like: different size or color? Please send your package back in its original packaging.
- Returns are free of charge within Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Is your product damaged or is there a complaint or problem with a product, please let us know immediately. When you contact us within 90 days after ordering, we make a free return label for you created. For orders older than 90 days, you must take care of returning the defective product.
The return process
1. Return policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and cancel your order within 30 days, regardless of the reason.

2. Prepare your parcel
Please carefully pack the unused items in their original undamaged packaging with all labels attached.
3. Send your product
You will find a DHL return label with your order. Use this label over the original label.
Take your package to the nearest DHL service point.
4. We process your return shipment
As soon as we have received the package, your package will be assessed. If everything is fine, you will get a refund.
In case of products being damaged or showing signs of wear, we have the right to decline the refund.
