Return conditions.
How do I return my item(s)?
Put the items you want to return back in the box. You will find a DHL return label with your order. Stick this label over the original one so the delivery driver cannot make a mistake. Take your package to the nearest DHL service point. Once we have received your package, your product will be reviewed. In case of a good review, you will get your money back.
For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge for the damage.
- Returned goods must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. For an exchange, please indicate clearly what you would like: different size or color?
- Send your package back in the original packaging.
- Returns are free of charge within Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Is your product damaged or is there a complaint or problem with a product, please let us know immediately. If you contact us within 90 days of ordering, we will create a free return label for you. For orders older than 90 days, you must take care of returning the defective product yourself.
