Delivery
Although our products are manufactured in Germany, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands by our partner, Sportlogistics.eu.
Products are usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
If you place your order on a business day before 4 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. If you place your order on the weekend, your order will be shipped the next business day.
Once we have prepared your order, you will receive an email. This email will contain a Track & Trace link from DHL. Once DHL has received the package, you can track your order via this link.
Shipping costs
Free delivery for orders over €50
For other orders, shipping costs of €6.95 will be charged.
Spare Parts
We want you to enjoy your ORTLIEB products for as long as possible and to be able to continue using them even after the 5-year warranty
period has expired. If something should break, all spare parts are available for purchase.
Since we have a big heart for sustainability, we offer you to bring your bag, which you bought decades ago, back in shape.
