Delivery

Although our products are manufactured in Germany, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands by our partner, Sportlogistics.eu.

Products are usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
If you place your order on a business day before 4 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. If you place your order on the weekend, your order will be shipped the next business day.
Once we have prepared your order, you will receive an email. This email will contain a Track & Trace link from DHL. Once DHL has received the package, you can track your order via this link.

Worn, broken or lost QL1 mounting hooks? No problem! Simply replace the hooks with a new set of QL1 hooks and adjustable handle. If the new hooks are too loose on your bike rack, use the appropriate hook inserts for a snug fit. For all models with the QL1 system from 1993.
