Pack heavy items at the bottom and lighter ones on top. To avoid wrinkles in your clothes, you can simply roll them to save space or use small organizers like Packing Cubes. These help you structure the large main compartment even better and compress folded clothing.

That depends on how long you are traveling and how much you want to take with you. Here is a quick orientation:

30 L: Ideal for weekend trips or short business travel. Typical carry-on size for flights.
40 L: Suitable for 3-4 day trips. Fits roughly as much as a full laundry basket.
60 L: Perfect for one-week trips or sports gear. Comparable in space to a standard moving box.
80 L: Holds about the same as two full laundry baskets. Suitable for one to two weeks of travel or trips with varying climates.
110 L: Designed for multi-week trips, expeditions, or extensive outdoor equipment. Offers space for tent, sleeping bag, and clothing.
